Procedure for Processing Customer Complaints

The purpose of the Procedure is to inform customers of the communication channels for submitting complaints, necessary data to be included in complaints and period of responding to the complaint.

To have your complaint reviewed in the fastest way possible, it is important that you provide all of the relevant facts and describe in detail the circumstances the complaint is based on. Tech View team will clarify circumstances described in the complaint thoroughly and if necessary, we will ask you to submit additional data or documents required for solving the complaint.
  4. Tech View team will notify you about receiving the complaint and we try to settle the complaint as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it may also take longer to settle the complaint, but not more than 14 days for a private customer and 30 days for legal entity.
  5. We will do our best to find the most suitable way of resolving your complaint. If the complaint is substantiated, Tech View will restore your rights or suggest other appropriate solution to solve the issue.
  6. If you are not satisfied with Tech View`s response or explanations, you may always contact us again and dispute the decision.
